Micro CHP Boiler in County Durham

As nationwide energy rates continue to rise, it is now a lot more important to look at exactly how your house is powered. And Micro CHP units have turned out popular, not just heating your house, but providing electrical energy too.

Micro CHP boilers are driven by gas or LPG, while oil fired systems are being investigated also. Regardless of all of these being fossil fuels, Micro CHP units are considered as low carbon systems as they're considerably more efficient than using standard grid power.

They look similar to a normal household boiler and could be attached to a wall or left free standing. And essentially the key difference is they'll generate electrical energy for your home too, supplying you with a two-for-one system.

There are plenty of benefits to give Micro CHP boilers great consideration too. They are not only eligible to get feed-in tariff payments, but they're easy to install and much more efficient than most boilers in the UK.
