Micro CHP Boiler in Durham

Micro CHP Boiler in Durham

While national energy prices continue to go up, it is now ever more important to look at how your house is powered. And Micro CHP units have proven popular, not just heating your home, but generating electricity as well.

Micro CHP boilers are run by gas or LPG, whilst oil fired systems are being looked at as well. Despite all of these being fossil fuels, Micro CHP units are considered as low carbon systems as they're a lot more effective than using standard grid energy.

They look very similar to a regular household boiler and can be hooked up to a wall or left free standing. And fundamentally the key difference is they'll produce electrical energy for your house too, providing you with a two-for-one system.

There are plenty of advantages to give Micro CHP boilers great consideration too. They are not only permitted to get feed-in tariff payments, but they're easy to install and much more efficient compared to most boilers in the UK.
