Leicester
Leicester has the tenth biggest populace in the UK, found in the East Midlands and lying on the River Soar. The city holds a great deal of its Roman history, including streets, baths and a military outpost. With 40% of the populace comprised of immigrants, there was clearly a need for more properties, sparking many contemporary initiatives.
