Leicester
Leicester has the 10th largest population in Great Britain, based in the East Midlands and lying about the River Soar. The city holds lots of its Roman past, such as pavements, baths and a military outpost. With 40% of the population made up from immigrants, there was clearly a need for more homes, leading to quite a lot of present day initiatives.
