Bellshill
Bellshill is a town in North Lanarkshire, Scotland. It is positioned 10 miles to the south east of Glasgow city centre and 37 miles to the west of Edinburgh, in addition to being in close proximity to other towns including Motherwell, Hamilton and Coatbridge. Since 1996, it's been a part of the Greater Glasgow metropolitan area. With a population of around 20,705, a report by the Halifax Building Society suggested that in the initial quarter of 2005, the town was the UK's property hot spot, witnessing a rise in property prices by 46 per cent.
