If there’s a fence dividing yours and your neighbour’s properties that needs maintaining or replacing, you’ll want to know who owns it. Start by checking your deeds to see if there’s an existing boundary agreement. If there isn’t, have a chat with them to see if you can come to an arrangement yourselves.
Whitehaven
Whitehaven is known as a smaller town and port about the seaside of Cumbria, England. In the past part of Cumberland, it lies equidistant amongst Cumbria's two biggest settlements, Carlisle and Barrow-in-Furness, and is served by the Cumbrian Coast Line and also the A595 road. It is the administrative centre of the Borough of Copeland and an unparished area.
