Driveway surfacing materials like concrete, asphalt and clay brick usually crack because they’ve been exposed to extreme temperatures or put under high pressure. It’s important to repair driveway cracks before they get worse and cause damage to vehicles and perhaps others to trip on raised cracks.
Yarm
Yarm is a small town in North Yorkshire, England. The town is on the south bank of the River Tees and is traditionally part of the North Riding of Yorkshire. The bridge at Yarm marked the furthest reach of tidal flow up the River Tees up until the opening, in 1995, of the Tees Battery, which now regulates river flow over Stockton. As the last bridge on the river before the sea, it was superseded by a new toll bridge opened up in Stockton in 1771. The oldest part of the community, around the High Street, is located in a loophole of the river, and the more recent parts of the town encompass the point where the River Leven satisfies the River Tees. The community is controlled as part of the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees.
