Source: Numbers calculated based on the search volumes in major search enginesKenley is a district in the south of the London Borough of Croydon (traditionally in Surrey). Kenley is situated 13 miles south of Charing Cross. Significant parts of Kenley lie within the Metropolitan Green Belt. In particular, the south of Kenley is dominated by the open green spaces of Kenley Common and Kenley Aerodrome. The 2011 census noted Kenley having a population of 14,966. For centuries, Kenley became part of Coulsdon Manor which covered all of the area and was predominantly farm land, with a handful of big homes and their estates. The formal opening of the train on 4 August 1856 changed Kenley. The new railway triggered urban growth. By the end of the Victorian era, Kenley had assumed its own identity. Kenley Common makes up fifty-six hectares of green open space surrounding an one-time Battle of Britain airfield. It is a blend of chalk grassland and ancient woodland set within carefully rolling hills. Blessed with great views across the Caterham valley and the North Downs beyond, visitors find it tough to think that the centre of London is just 14 miles to the north. Just one of Kenley's landmark buildings is the Memorial Hall. It was opened in 1922 to celebrate those who gave their lives in World War I. It was consequently extended and re-opened by Group Captain Douglas Bader in 1975. Hammond Innes' book Attack Alarm was based on his experiences as a Royal Artillery anti-aircraft gunner at RAF Kenley during the Battle of Britain. It features graphic descriptions of the station and attacks on it in 1940. English Heritage identified Kenley as the "most complete fighter airfield connected with the Battle of Britain to have survived". For all of your home enhancements, make certain to identify trustworthy professionals in Kenley to make certain of quality.

No, pattern imprinted concrete shouldn’t be slippery. Most good driveway installers will add a special anti-slip agent to the sealant before they brush it onto your driveway, so it will stop it from being slippery.
It’s important to ask a driveway company how they will seal your driveway when you get a quote from them. If an untrustworthy company seals your driveway badly, it can cause a thick and extremely slippery surface, so it’s vital that you ask any contractor what their procedure is before you engage them.
It’s also important to remember that pattern imprinted concrete isn’t a ‘non-slip’ surface – it’s just not slippery. You could still slip over on a concrete driveway, just like you could on tarmac or a block paved driveway. Also, once you’ve walked and driven over your driveway for a few months, its skid and slip resistance will increase as it weathers and builds up tiny specs of dirt on it. Pattern imprinted concrete is often used in high footfall areas in places like shops, fast food restaurants and theme parks, so if there was a significant slip risk these businesses wouldn’t use it.
You might think that you could ask your contractor not to seal the driveway to make it less slippery, but it could actually do the opposite. By sealing pattern imprinted concrete, it means that moss and algae is much less likely to grow, which can be extremely slippery to walk on if it’s left to its own devices. If moss does form on your driveway, the sealed surface is much easier to clean as you can simply pressure wash it away; this is not as easy to do on a non-sealed surface.
Paving comes in a wide range of colours and patterns. Consider using a contrasting colour for the edges of your patio or driveway for a tidy effect.
